In the backstage comments of today's New Japan event in Kanagawa, Tetsuya Naito (40) shined a light on New Japan's lack of young Nihonjin players on the roster.
>"Today's opponents were two people (Alex Coughlin (28) & Gabriel Kidd (25)) in their 20s, they are young, they have a lot of momentum, and it was a lot of fun. I felt that there was tremendous potential," he smiles. However, he did not forget to complain, saying, "The fact that there are not many young and vigorous Japan wrestlers in their 20s is probably the biggest drawback of today's New Japan Pro-Wrestling."
