I don't know what the card is for next week but I guarantee you there will be atleast one person not under contract wrestling on the show while someone like Miro, Hook or Jamie Hayter who are over and under contract won't appear.
That's also the only reason RoH still exists: Tony wanting to keep everybody employed and paid. Problem is he has devaluated every single title they have and killed a lot of goodwill, also the Punk thing.
