In a perfect world Omega would have debut against John Cena at Summerslam this year and would have been built for a Rumble win 2023.
In a near perfect world, Omega will be a surprise entrance (singe digits entry number) in the rumble and wins the thing.
Him chasing Roman would ...*AHEM*...
>ACKNOWLEDGE Roman Reigns as the final boss in all of wrestlingsince Omega would be the world traveling challenger who's held everything except the "big one" to make his career full circle.
>fast forward to maniaOmega wins against Reigns clean without interference, ending the "most dominant title reign in decades in all of wrestling" (you read that in Michael Cole's voice, ok?)
And in actuality, Omega winning the title would open up WWE's main event picture to a myriad of other guys and potential challengers. (WWE did the mistake of not building anybody in parallel to Reigns)
The RAW after Mania, Omega celebrates and out of the crowd comes a returning Cody Rhodes who viciously destroys Omega (almost brutalizing him)
>Why did you do it Cody?[*delusional*] I do not blame circumstance to have rid me off what was destined to be mine. I am here to course correct fate and destiny.
And there you have the biggest matchup possible for Mania in 2024:
>Kenny Omega (c) vs. Cody Rhodes
