WrestleMania is in April. They have another Saudi show in May. Sami isn't allowed into Saudi Arabia. How exactly is this supposed to work? They aren't having a Saudi show without the world champion being there, unless their replacement is The Rock, Stone Cold, Hulk Hogan and Cena in a Fatal Four Way.
It makes much more sense for Sami and Owens to take the tag titles from The Usos. Owens doesn't do the Saudi shows either and nobody cares if the tag titles aren't defended there.
