RoH is the best example:Tony knows it won't make him money but it will allow him to keep everyone employed and at this point, he's fine losing 50 million a year as long as he doesn't have to look another man/woman in the eye and tell them: your services are no longer needed.
Every wrestler in the back knows it but for obvious reasons nobody says it. Nobody is gonna say: we need to fire half the roster and cut all these charity cases and try to get the actual talent over because nobody wants their friends to lose their jobs.
