That's the single biggest reason.
Other reasons beyond that
1. She stayed out of the spotlight the last 15 years.
2. Her girlfriends in the business, the other nitro girls, also stayed outside of wrestling for the most part.
3. Stephanie McMahon copied a lot of behavior and looks from her and she wouldn't want that being made too well known so no invites extended to Kimberly for nostalgia pops
However, Kimberly is still very well known to millennials. I think if she had walked onstage as a precursor to a DDP Rumble entrance in 2015 she would have gotten a sizeable pop just by herself, especially as she threw up the self-high-five before DDP's music hit.
