Logan Paul is taul, good looking enough, has great gear, and is super athletic and can wrestle well. He's got decent in-ring character work.

Seth had a very cool look if you don't pick up on the prey undertones (as opposed to a predator aura), has great themes, and in general he has the underdog with massive potential, crouching moron hidden badass feel to him, like he could be such a big star with what he's got if he wasn't such a shoot dweeb. Seth just has the It factor at like 75%: enough to make you want him (as a fan) but still feel naggingly repulsed.
