A quick search for Marty Ralbovsky didn't turn up articles before '68 or so, which suggests the latter date. The Cleveland Arena stopped hosting major events after the Richfield Coliseum opened in the fall of '74, but wasn't demolished until '77, so it's possible they were still hosting wrestling shows "regularly" as late as '75.
