If you have a 4chan pass and basic programming chops, putting something together to get GETs is not too hard.

There is an endpoint that returns the last few posts in a computer readable format which makes it easy to estimate when a certain post number would show up. So the script would work like this

1. Prepare your post. For /pw/, start the script when the GET is within a few hundred posts depending on the board speed.
2. Script hits the above endpoint as many times in a minute as possible without getting rate limited. This will help with calculating posts per second.
3. Based on the posts per second value, it will start a timer that goes off exactly 3-5 seconds before the post number is next.
4. Hit post as the timer goes off. you can automate that too with a pass, but not necessary. This should get you the desired GET most of the times.

However, I haven't found anything pre-existing for this on GitHub. So, either the guy is using some obscure software no one knows about or he wrote something himself.
