Do you AEWtists even know just how much Tony fucked up his ONE (1) chance to make AEW overtake WWE when he fumbled and squandered all the momentum AEW had during summer last year? Everything was clicking, the ratings were inching closer to WWE, he even scooped up two of the biggest starts from the previous decade with Punk and Bryan, the biggest scoop up you could get that isn't WWE lifers like Cena, Orton or Reigns. And now a year later all of the magic is gone. Punk is gone. Bryan is literally being booked worse than his final months in WWE. None of the so called homegrown guys are draws nor will they ever become draws because they don't have draws to give them the rub and because it is a niche group of the same people watching every week. The Elite sure as hell aren't draws. The only semblence of a draw they have is 50 yr old Jericho dicking around and he's already lost so many times anyway that beating him won't make any new draws. Tony essentially speedrun his 05-09 TNA run in less than 12 months fucking everything up and now AEW just exists like TNA post Spike TV deal where anything they do just won't matter or put a dent in WWE anymore. It just kinda exists, sadly. Way to fuck it all up
