Stardom and tjpw are the top two joshi promotions. With tjpw being a very distant number two. After that you have smaller promotions like ice ribbon, oz academy, wave, marvelous, diana, sendai, etc. Essentially the indies.

Titles from other promotions showing up and sometimes being defended on TV isn't some weird new thing. WCW used to do it, TNA did it a few times, even RoH and NJPW have done it.

Only thing I can agree on is AEW has been spamming title defenses this year. This week alone there's a TNT title match, Orange Cassidy will probably continue his weekly title defense, this Regina de Wave title match, and part 4 of the Best of 7 Trios title match. Fighting champions aren't bad but there's too many of them right now.
