Yawn. Pics are representative of the whole match. FTR vs Danielson got some of the hardcam-shot crowd to stand for a few seconds of the match. Meanwhile the crowd were standing for the entire Elite vs Death Triangle match.

I could picture those PWG matches being neat in person, but when I see it on TV every week, I always just zone out and/or wait for someone to break their neck. Those FTR type matches probably don't really work live, unless there's some actual reason to care about who wins. Like the Moxley/MJF match had everyone invested, because people wanted to see what's going to happen. When it's just a cold exhibition match for no particular reason, you're just watching two guys grappling for 20 minutes

Partly his fault, partly Tony's. Bryan is too humble of a guy to care about big pushes and protecting his character. He just wants to wrestle and have fun with it and his lifestyle is pretty cheap so money isn't much of an issue for him either. Tony should have told Bryan that this wasn't the case though. He should have came in and been the American Dragon, some wildcard kicking heads in and getting the belt off of Hangman. He could have dropped it to Punk in Chicago some time.

The obvious thing here is you can't do MJF Vs Moxley every week. MJF was built and protected since the start of the promotion. So basically you might as well not watch anything other than pay-per-view main events

I would still be interested if it was a heel vs a face match building towards something. I can't imagine a colder match than Dax vs Bryanson, aren't they both faces? And I guess the reason for the match was just "let's see who is the better pro wrestler"
