>>8160451What was even the point of Damage CTRL in Bagley's mind. Why would she need a stable? What good is supposed to do her and the show?
What is her own gimmick supposed to be? She acts like a teenage brat. How is that a compelling character? She turned heel because she was getting booed for constantly coming across as spineless and lacking conviction---when is her telling off the audience that booed her supposed to lead into something more meaningful? This character isn't a peak, this "story" isn't taking her places, she's just perennially behaving like a child except naughty this time instead of nice like before.
How are Dykota and Iie supposed to further her development? Iyew can't even speak English, and Donekota rarely talks. They are just lackeys but useless.
This is honestly probably Failey's lowest point, and the only way to turn all that around is to make it all a work that ends up with her abandoning this goofy shit once and for all. You know how Scott Pilgrim goes and fights Gideon using the power of Love and dies, but then does a redo using the power of Self-Respect ("I'm doing this for *me*") and triumphs?
https://youtu.be/_7vyrudcgOQBayley's need this moment. The moment of realization where she understands the whole time she was allowing the audience to dictate her self-worth---if she couldn't be loved and admired, she'd be hated and dreaded---when all she really needed was to just stand up for and believe in *herself*, without relying upon the audience or her peers' opinions of her. Just fight like a stronk woman, similar to Bianca.
