I stopped watching wrestling after Benoit, who was my favorite wrestler, killed himself and his family. So, I missed all the Punk WWE shit. He doesn't do anything for me, just looks kind of like a drug addict. I came back to wrestling when the New Day came out.
My larger point is that the Bucks' high-paced acrobatic approach - while fun to watch the first few times - grows stale without some kind of storytelling. It's a broader issue with AEW. There's no storylines Too many matches are just matches for their own sake, or their version of a storyline is making fun of stuff that happened in their own company.
I guess I just prefer WWE's style.
