yeah but take kenny as an example. he was in WWE developmental around the same time but left and did japan and eventually built his name into AEW. if they poached kenny you can say ok i get it. but the briscoes stayed in ROH their whole careers as it got less and less popular. not that they were/are bad because they're good but they're nearing the end of their careers and have kind of fizzled out. no one's really dying for a briscoes retirement run.
