2. Mark booking that makes no sense. Just because WWE has shitty booking doesn't means it's OK for AEW to have it too. He should have stuck to the "sports-based promotion" concept and made AEW different than WWE. AEW is just the same entertainment-based show that WWE has every week.
3. Hiring only wrestling people for every job. Tony needs to look outsides the wrestling world and bring in employees trained for each specific job.
4. Signing too much talent and refusing to release others. He only has 3 hours of tv time plus YT. He only needs 60-70 wrestlers tops, probably less. AEW has almost as many as WWE now but WWE has far more hours of programing.
5. TOO MANY BELTS. There are so many that they become meaningless. Again, with the limited time he has on tv there is no need for so many.
6. Getting too lose to talent and letting him influence the product. Look what it did to WWF in the 90's.
