Nosawa's booking combined with some of the experimental stuff NOAH was doing with production genuinely think NOAH was finally going to turn it around and bring back the glory days. Nakajima winning the title genuinely felt like a triumphant moment and the start of a new era.
The cross promotional show with NJPW killed all that. But hey Go got a W over Gedo in the midcard and that's all that matters, right?
