Marvel movies are 2-3 times a year events that are around 2hrs, and cost $200m to make so they're bigger deals, have long term booking in mind, and have more charismatic actors and characters.

Because wrestling works best when the lines between reality and fiction become blurred as opposed to marvel movies where you are always aware you are watching a contraption. I've seen that some of wrestler's biggest detractors used to believe wrestling was real and now they feel cheated or ashamed of being worked. Then there are guys like Joe Rogan who believe that wrestling's main objective is to fool people into believing they're watching a shoot match with the only purpose of making a profit.

It's because the real people have appeared in other movies so there's familiarity, and it's easier for most people to imagine themselves being or fucking Thor or Captain America when it's Hemsworth or Evans.

marvel content picked up big time though. dr stange, wakanda movie and thor were the 3 movies that released this year, id even add spider man considering it did release on the second half of december of 2021, but that would just be cherry picking. ignoring the movies though, like 5 shows released this year, 5 terrible disney plus shows.

The D+ shows are like NXT or Dark Elevation, content for the hardcores, but the PPVs are still what brings in the casual dimes.
Strange 2 might've been a little weird for anybody who didn't watch WandaVision, but it still made almost a billy. We'll see how much the D+ shows impact the storytelling when Cap 4 and The Marvels come out, and if audiences will be confused/put off by needing to know what happened in the shows.

Loki's series kickstarted the multiverse saga. It's by far the most important thing they've put out in terms of in universe impact

None of the movies since Loki have referenced anything that happened in the show. Kang is in Quantumania, but I'm guessing anything related to Loki will be in easter egg form that'll go over most moviegoers heads.
