Depends on when they decide Bron is ready for Smackdown/Raw. At this point I think Waller is the best option to replace him as the top NXT guy

There's no room for a singles showcase match for Bron at WrestleMania so he kinda needs to tread water until the Raw/SD after Mania

The other problem is not many other guys in NXT are ready for championship feuds after Team 2.0

Have Bron work all 3 other guys from 2.0
Have Carmelo beat Bron at Stand and Deliver. Call up Bron, Waller and Tony D and give Carmelo until SummerSlam then he can drop it to Joe Gacy/Ilja/Dijak or whoever. It will be time for a heel reign of terror at that point
