In TEW, the game tony practices all his cards on. A small indie with no audience can have guys gain massive amounts of "overness" by having a match rated 80% or better. Guys with good chemistry can suddenly become top national level stars just cause you didn't have anything for either of them so you just gave them a couple of throw away matches. Tony do doubt adjusted his save to give them all A ranks in most stats.
He honestly thinks they will all be global celebrities once this series is over. Even though in real life if you aren't one of the 200,000 people the elite lose whenever they're on TV you're making fun of their dumber spots.
