This dates back to Jim's ROH days. Kenny was booked on an ROH show but couldn't make it because of an injury. Instead, on the same day he went to japan (i think he lived there at the time) to accept the Match of the Year award with Ibushi for SamuraiTV.
Jim's been eternally seething because of this, claiming Kenny did him dirty.
