It is something wrestling fans tend to focus more on, but that's because it's not a sport or normal tv show, so it's one of the only metrics of success you could apply to it. Ratings influence the booking and direction of the show in ways it does not for TV shows.
Anyway, Satin is just coping because Raw just hit it's lowest rating in years
