Why do all the good wrestlers in AEW like Cm punk, and why do all shitty ones like The Elite? Shouldn’t it be the other way around??

Because Punk has a wrestler mindset where he looks at young guys with potential and wants to help them so they can get over and he has new opponents.

The Elite see AEW as nothing but an excuse to hire all their friends (who know damn well they will never be stars in wrestling) + they are terrified of people getting over based on personality and not flippy shit because the more people getting over means less room for their charity hires.
