>>8269678 PAC had a great time. The Dragongate guys were over for PWG's BOLA in 2007 and invited PAC over for their september tour. Matt Sydal was the token gaijin at the time but was leaving for WWE, last thing he did was endorse PAC and so PAC became the token gaijin.
He was sort of generic, but flipped well so was really well liked and always in a unit. He got attached to Masato Yoshino and Naruki Doi and followed them to various units, in particular their World-1 and World-1 International units.
Came back to DG as the first thing after his WWE run as DG was going through some trouble with CIMA leaving and taking some of their top guys. And PAC always feels like he owed DG as they were the first company that took a chance on him. So he came back for them and held their belt, went undefeated his entire run (no matter which company he wrestled for, you don't pin PAC) so it would really mean something when the guy DG pegged as their next ace beat him for the belt
