Trying to hit 200lb bench by the end of the year, currently at 195. I definitely can do it, just want it to be clean.
Currently cutting, so I'm eating about 1600cal and 160g of protein. Mostly chicken, broccoli, steak and yogurt. Down about 6lbs in 2months, lifts have not gone down.

I think pic related is my goal physique. Pretty sure he is roiding or sarming now, but this is obtainable natty. I think I'll be there by the end of next year
