You can't make money without them if it wsa them that gave you your popularity in the first place; the wrestlers aren't even allowed to work for other smaller promotions either under their employment with a few rare exceptions like Lawler.
It doesn't matter what AEW are doing; it wouldn't look good on the company if they received a cut from their women's OnlyFan's because it more or less somewhat in a roundabout way looks like they are pimping out their employees.
