The fake job is where the bigger star still takes 90% of the match giving offense for teh job guy to sell and then he slips on a banana peel figuratively speaking and gets caught in a roll up or something and the guy immediately no sells the loss/beats the shit out of the face who just went over on a total fluke to get their heat back.
That's not what this was and you're being totally dishonest if you say that's what this was and compare it to Scott Hall "putting over Jericho" or Flair doing fake jobs to get at the bookers etc.
Jericho gave the guy tons of offense in the match it was basically 50/50, had the guy kick out of one of his own established finishers, then took the guy's move and was pinned clean in the middle. No banana peel fluke slipup/guy made a dumb mistake and cost himself the match really bullshit.
This was clean was a whistle and the right way to do it.
