Why doesn't WWE just give the women their own show and keep them off of the other shows?

It'd be better than having it be a side-show on a mostly male promotion. It's how they do it in Japan and of WWE's remaining audience, there are more than enough coomers to justify its existence.

STARDOM and Ice Ribbon and all the other joshi promotions do this with no issues and no one has a problem with it.
