Laws regarding speech, harassment, incitement of violence with standing, public internet forums should not editorialize unless they are a publisher legally responsible for their content.
That's not the point of the "muh free peaches" and as far as twitter being a private company as a public platform and "a digital town square", its as muddy as their dance with denying responsibility for the content while active participating in it and its presentation. Companies like Facebook were heavily funded by tax payer money as start up because they provide tracking and digital spying for them. All of them have a leash on them by the ABC-feds, also funded by taxpayer money. The commies are in the fed.
