If ALL you listened to was Bitchoff, Scornette, Brother Lies, then you'd come away thinking Vince Russo is one of the worst and most worthless figures in the history of pro-wrestling. The guy who orchestrated the biggest boom period in popularity, worthless.
He has a right to be exasperated, and he never attacks anyone with the same ferocity that's been shown him. Other people are bitter about him but he doesn't harbor the same resentment at all.
