While he did not get specific about it, Richards heavily implied that Meanie could have paid off his mother's house and lived well off that money for the rest of his life. Anyone with any sense could realize there is literally nothing to gain from Meanie "keeping the door open" with the WWF and I doubt he made anywhere near what he could have from that lawsuit working the indies.
