Nobody would have paid attention to his segments at all if he was feuding with a midcard comedy act. People are taking notice because he's Bray's first feud and it's getting him over. Fans are getting behind his catchphrases and giving him heat during that beatdown on Friday.
Who knew that if you just turned Bray into a babyface, whoever he feuded with would get over as a heel. If they split the belts again, he's absolutely a world champion contender once Roman is out the way. Knight/Cody for the belt would be GIGADIMES.
