Zak Bagans of Ghost Adventures bought a notorious haunted house in Flint MI to make a documentary. Everybody from the residents to the police that corroborated, to the nurses at the hospital during the "possession" were all black.
So in comes this white boy trying to get interviews with former tenants, hospital staff, etc. Everybody in town owns a piece of the intellectual property, everyone has sold the story to different distributors hoping a film gets made, likely starring The Warrens and the black community becomes millionaires!
Well, since they didn't work with Zak Bagans on his documentary, everyone refusing to help him, he said "Fuck these niggers" and demolished the haunted house! Hahaha!
In Flint MI, if they see Zak and the Ghost Adventures crew on the street, they'll open fire. Not even joking!
