I think Jericho bothced the fire spot and actually burned Andretti's hair.

The flame was huge and looked like it burned the top of his head. Watch the video. The top of his hair during the interview, his hair has that lighter blonde hair color during the segment. Then after the fireball, while he's rolling on the ground, the top of his hair looks black, like it legit got burnt.
