This is one thing Tony is really horrible at. Just think about Archer -- killed a million jobbers in the ring but every time he fought someone halfway credible, he lost. Now, your monster needs to put someone over eventually -- that's the whole point -- but if they just lose to someone and they're back on TV in a new feud the next week, nobody is going to give a fuck.
Wardlow has also been poorly handled after winning the TNT title, Andrade, while admittedly a problem child and a bit of a bitch backstage, also jobbed like 20 times and lowered his own value in AEW. I understand why Miro is wary.
