AEW will only go out of business when Tony doesn't want to play wrestling anymore. This can happen even if they are profitable.

You could maybe argue indie wrestling runs on such a thin margin that pirating it can lead to them going under and then wrestlers can lose a place to work. But all the good indie wrestling has already happened and if you legally buy an ROH show from 2007 none of that money is going to anyone who had anything to do with putting on those shows.
