>>8439978You have a point, but most people will choose NOT to do it immediately because the game doesn't really give you anything to consider why you would want to. So therefore, the decision is pretty much made right away. The non-detonate path is pretty much instant, making this still an early game hotshot. I'm just speaking from my own playthrough, I went to megaton pretty much right away, talked to that shady dude, he seemed really poorly written so I killed him, and thats it.
