I don't know how Canadians usually text but who the fuck tells someone that has been to their house "my physical location is (address)" instead of just saying "im at my house) or similar? That, along with "the dogs are in the enclosed pool area" seems to me like he was really trying to get someone to come by his house.
If everything went down as the official story goes I am sure he was mad fucked in the head but who interrupts a psychotic murder rampage to send odd but coherent text messages to people about shit that wouldn't matter at all? If they were all jumbled full of typos or something I would more easily buy that he was out of his mind but they are all well composed.
My personal theory is that he accidentally Nancy during rough sex (Benoit and Eddie both liked that shit and so did their wives) and everything went down hill from there. It would explain the odd placement of the body, lack of any real signs of a struggle in spite of being tied up before she was killed and why nothing seemed amiss to anyone immediately prior to the whole thing.
