EVIL is in and he wins a match against SANADA where he cheats as a fucker and hurts him really bad. He gets to the finals on the same fashion and then has to face Okada, and wins again by cheating. Naito goes to congratulate him and when they are doing the Ingobernable Rising fist, he changes his gesture into a too sweet, kicks Naito on the balls and shows his alliance with the BC.
BC had for obvious reasons no members on Japan (Not even KENTA because he lives on California) so the BC needed a leader and some actual non-pin eaters wrestlers as members, which was EVIL.
EVIL and Naito wrestle at Dominion. Naito sells the match like he is shocked and sad about the betrayal and cant give his all, and EVIL beats Naito by cheatkng and intermissions. Even if Naito beats the rest of the BC coming to the ring, a masked guy strangles him with a steel cable and EVIL finishes Naito. The masked guy is revealed as Dick Togo, the new member of BC. Hiromu reunites with a defeated Naito and shouts in desperation, giving the event a pretty bleak ending.
At this point everybody is shocked and/or furious. You can hear a lot of boos and shit even if the japanese have banned to shout on the shows. I remember being worked as fuck to be honest. Some people were comparing this shit to WCW and even diehard fans were talking about the death or at least the definitive end of the golden years of NJPW.
