Mic skills - How well do they cut promos. How well can they work a crowd. If something unexpected goes wrong, can they improvise their way out of an awkward spot or do they stick to the script and look like an absolute geek.

Physique - How impressive does their body look. Do they look ripped or are they a fat piece of shit. Height is also a factor. Andre wasn't the most ripped, but his height put him over the top.

Gimmick - How well is their character packaged overall. This also includes things like ring gear, catchphrases, entrance music. Do they look like a superstar or do people confuse them with local jobbers.

Dimes drawn - Their overall popularity. Are they a big enough household name that even non-wrestling fans know who they are.
