You could argue some people have been pushed until they become a draw. Either way, Ryback had two decent pushes and got quite over at one point but couldn't sustain the momentum because he was terrible on the mic and below average in the ring and so his "Feed Me More" gimmick got stale quickly. To stay on top you need to constantly improve, Ryback just doesn't have "it".
