Kek. But in all seriousness, if he gets that same level of honing and presentation upgrade like Cody did it could be mad dimes. Bit like Cody, everything I've seen of Jay its like he has a real grasp on what to do and say but his surroundings and audience type makes it look like he is just a rando who stole the mic. Cody didn't work in AEW when acted like every bingohall was a colosseum and every promo cured racism or something. Big stage entrance, simple relatable story about wanting to make his dads dream true and audience ate it up.

That's all it ever is, presentation, but it works in many faucets. Ultimately, it's on the shoulders of the performer, and White can perform to an adequate level. I honestly think he stayed longer in Japan so he can get the smark cred. Therefore anything after (WWE, obviously) will be taken softly, knowing how many years he put in here and there. Get it?
