He knows how to give exactly what the company wants without putting on matches that puts his own health in danger. Hes safe and boring, even though he can occasionally cut a decent promo.
Realistically he is in the position that every wrestler should strive to be in. Hes making money, he gets to be on TV which brings some level of fame, and he won't be crippled and in pain when hes 55+.
