There are TONS of Lebs and other assorted Arabs where I live, they have extremely boisterous and overconfident personalities to the point where dealing with them needing something from you is a nightmare BUT they are awesome when you go to eat there if you can match their personalities. What is most likely happening in these videos is the guy serving is non stop rambling asking if she wants extra stuff (these types are fucking obsessed with getting extra anything) and saying random shit to make the girls laugh. They really do just love the sound of their own voices.
