Problem is, none of what he does ever gets extended into an angle. Heat only works in conjunction with a face. For Kenny to generate heat by being a faggot, he then needs to have an Okada or Tanahashi to be the face that the crowd eventually rallies around. In AEW, that kind of work has never happened. Kenny just generates heat and people hate him. It's "turn the channel" heat. Their ratings reflect this. Which is why this isn't Kenny being a genius heel. If he was a genius heel, he'd be able to convert this into ratings.
