I don't think "they" whoever you want "them" to be, purposefully gave everyone a bad vaccine to kill them, but I think in their fear and ignorance they definitely put one out without enough testing. Now we are likely seeing the results of some of that. It's probably only affecting people with certain genetic markers, much like Covid was much worse for people with certain genetic markers.
