Kenny's attempts to Americanize himself have just made him more boring and he isn't really playing off of anything culturally here. His best bet is to triple down on Canadian shit, but Canada doesn't have a cool Sephiroth like villain, etc.
He should just bring his Japanese gimmick to the US full stop.
