The board said he couldn’t come back, so he then said, IDGAF, the Stcokholders (Vince) want me, so start tendering resignations. All of which he has and has had the power to do every step of the way. He can oversee the sale as the majority shareholder the same as he can with some new made up title. This was to punish the snakes in his house so they can’t benefit from the sale and if I had to guess, the Saudi deal (or something similar) is agreed to in principle and there is language saying new ownership agrees to not interfere with the executive committee for X amount of years following the sale. So Vince will run the company until he dies even without owning it anymore.
