Sami has been producing gold for years. He;s been hand picked to put over guys like Lashley, single handily, and chosen to carry big angles like the jackass match.
He is someone who comes up with creative and has the freedom to see his ideas through.
A huge part of his value is that hes more useful than the WWE creative team.

The crowd absolutely did NOT want to give a shit about lashley, and were dead, and Sami had to perform a miracle and bring them to life, and the crazy bastard somehow pulled it off. After that Lashley was on a whole new level.

Mind for the business is a whole nother attribute, but Sami has that as well.

When it comes to the attributes Sami is the best in WWE, with probably KO and maybe Seth 2nd and 3rd. Not sure there is anyone else in the conversation.
