What are you referring to? Hope you're not one of the retards that got worked by the failed Oscutter apron bump, because that was unequivocally 100% planned.

I'm sure there were some botches. Only one I can think off the top of my head isn't even so much a botch but Kenny Omega very, very clearly did not hurt Ospreay with the table stomp. His feet went straight through the table and basically didn't touch him.

Alright, guess I'll have to be subjective here. I don't count it as a botch if I was watching the match live and didn't notice it, and then later, when rewatching the match, I also didn't notice it, and I had to, out of curiosity, go out of my way to rewatch the spot to see how bad that must have potentially hurt for Ospreay, to see that he was clearly completely fine.
For me to consider that a botch, I'd have to really be nitpicking.

That's a matter of taste anon. I personally enjoy both, and I don't put Omega and Ospreay on any kind of pedestal like some. I think Omega v Ospreay had very good storytelling and it baffles me that some people can't discern it.
Maybe it's because Omega's narratives are sometimes a little too pop-culture and some people miss the references. I don't know, I'm grasping.

I agree that Okada VS Jay White has better psychology than Omega VS Ospreay, and I'll even give it credit for getting crowd reactions as good as Omega VS Ospreay did with a fifth of the physical toll.

But that can only count for so much. It's a match I've seen a good amount of times, with the winner being more predictable than ever, and nothing really making up for it. Also, it unironically had a worse build than Omega VS Ospreay did, because the constant tag matches in between the two the previous 3 months were fucking deadly, not to mention the really poor tranny fatal fourway.
